Scott joined Hinckley United in October 2002 on 3 months loan from Conference
side Hereford United, which was then made into a permanent move in February
2003. The striker was a trainee at Wolverhampton Wanderers before he was
released to the non-league game, at Stourbridge. He then moved to Bilston Town
where he spent four seasons, including scoring 46 goals in season 2000/01.
This got Scott a transfer to Hereford United, but a pelvic injury ruined
his debut season. The injury he picked up at Hereford plagued him at Hinckley
too and he never had a long enough run in the first team to establish himself. Transferred to Redditch United in December 2003. |
