| Best - Bristol City v Rotheram Utd, 1989 Old league division 3, had absoutely everything apart from a goal! Played at pace with a lot of commitment on both sides. Wet, windy and cold night with solid tackles flying in, good refereeing (now that is unique!) and not a player booked! | |
| Worst - Fulham v Bristol City, early 90's, Fulham supporters (then) were more interested in pelting us with coins than watching the game | |

| What I have seen with the club I have been impressed with. I always have liked non-league football as the atmosphere is significantly friendlier (eg the Salisbury City fan who was f-ing and blinding at his team during the first half, had a decent conversation with him at half time in the Chicken Shed. You wouldn't get that at a Football League club. | |
